NXTGN Ltd, registered in England & Wales ("we") is the controller of the personal data collected through this website. You can reach us about anything in this notice at the contact page.

What we collect. Only what you choose to send through the contact form: your name, email address, organisation, the subject you pick and your message. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

Why, and on what basis. We use it to read and reply to your enquiry. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering messages sent to us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who else handles it. The site and its contact form are hosted by OVHcloud, which processes data on our behalf. Your message reaches us by email. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.

How long we keep it. Only as long as we need to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, after which it is deleted.

Your rights. Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. Contact us at the contact page. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
