Global Projects is a business analysis and project delivery workspace designed to replace the disconnected collection of spreadsheets, documents, boards and ticketing systems typically used to define a project.

The platform captures project knowledge as structured, connected data. Requirements, non-functional requirements, scope, RAID items and supporting information can be related to one another, traced back to their source and presented in the format needed by different delivery teams.

AI is embedded into the analysis workflow rather than added as a standalone copilot. Source documents, meeting transcripts and other project material can be analysed to identify requirements, create structured project records, surface ambiguity and generate targeted follow-up questions.

Global Projects is also designed to address requirements coverage. The platform can compare captured requirements against source-system catalogues and other reference material to identify areas that may have been overlooked, helping teams investigate tacit, assumed and silent requirements.

A universal item and relationship model allows the same underlying project knowledge to be represented differently depending on the audience. Teams can work with requirements as structured records, spreadsheets, formal documents or visual boards without maintaining separate versions of the truth.

The longer-term platform vision extends across the full delivery lifecycle, with configurable roles, statuses, permissions, approvals, guest access, enterprise AI options and integrations with systems such as Jira and Azure DevOps.

The objective is not simply to generate documentation faster, but to give analysts more time for higher-value analysis while maintaining stronger structure, traceability, coverage and consistency across complex projects.
