BA Buddy is an analysis workspace for business analysts and delivery teams to capture, manage, refine and collaborate on project requirements.
The workspace supports Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid projects, with configurable analysis modules, frameworks and structures. Requirements can be represented as universal work items with hierarchy and graph relationships used to maintain traceability across the analysis.
Different project participants can work with the same underlying analysis through multiple views and stakeholder contribution workflows. Intended users include business analysts, subject-matter experts and the wider delivery team.
The AI workflow can process transcript input to identify requirements, record them and generate related clarification questions. The product has also been designed around connections to delivery tools including Jira, Azure DevOps and Slack.
